Check Your Connections
Confirm the store and accounts selected in Integrations. A report can only use the data available to those connections.
Generate the Report
Open Cross-Channel.
Choose the reporting period you want to investigate.
Choose the generation action.
For a new report, use Generate all for the available report workflow, or Generate reporting data only to load metrics without the full analysis. Existing reports show Refresh all and Refresh reporting data only.
Review the completed report.
Check the account coverage, reporting period, and any unavailable or failed sources before interpreting the results.
Compare with Care
Platforms may use different attribution windows, timezones, currencies, and definitions. Review the same account and date range when comparing Scalistro with a provider dashboard. Missing data is not automatically zero activity.
